After the success of previous challenges and plans we’re excited to launch our brand new MF Academy – This new venture will be offering everything from kettlebell workouts, mobility guides, to our popular MetCon style training and general lean muscle building workouts. We’re working hard behind the scenes in getting everything setup and in place and hoping to launch this MF Academy early February. So stayed tuned on our socials!
6 Week January Plan – Starts 11th January
Looking to build lean muscle, improve strength and strip body fat? This plan covers those areas making sure you lift weights to build that lean muscle and strength. Burn body fat with short intense bursts of MetCon training plus we’ll also educate you on your nutrition too. Working out what calories and macros your body needs. When to make slight adjustments to keep improving and a load more things to keep you progressing.
