I was aimlessly going to a gym and getting nowhere. I started going to Carl's TRX and kettle bell classes a few years ago; not only have I seen excellent results, but the classes have become part of everyday life and I love them. Carl is inspirational and an excellent trainer. I've never stuck to a training regime like this; you could say I'm addicted.
Carl is a competent and knowledgeable trainer, very approachable, and provides lots of encouragement without being over bearing. He listens to our requirements and amends his training plan accordingly. We have made great progress over the last 6 months, have grown to really enjoy the sessions, and have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Carl to other people.
I've been attending Carl's TRX and Kettlebell classes for the last few years and love them! Every class is different and keeping my body guessing what's next! The classes are great for keeping fit, losing weight and improving core strength!
