Hi, I’m Hannah McKinney and I started attending Carl's TRX and Kettle bell class a few years ago to mix and freshen up my training regime. The classes are amazing and push you to the extremes of your fitness.
I then decided to train with Carl and still love it, as each session is different, tailored to your goals and needs, and he motivates you throughout! By training with Carl and attending classes each week, I have lost the weight I wanted whilst becoming more toned and defined, gaining muscle and increasing my strength and endurance.
The last few years, exercise has become part of my everyday life. So with the involvement, support and encouragement of Carl, last year I decided to gain more knowledge and enter the fitness industry. I completed my Level 2 in Fitness and also gained my Kettle bell and TRX certification. I now take classes regularly, which I absolutely love and my training and health is going from strength to strength.
