I'm Carl Mainwaring, a level 3 qualified personal trainer, trained by Premier Training International. 

I have been involved in fitness from a young age, starting my career as a footballer at the age of 16 with Swansea City FC. I have been personal training since I qualified in September 2010 and love every minute of it! I'm very passionate about what I do and aim to get big results from clients, already having had many successes, which you can read more about on my site.

I specialise in TRX suspension training, kettlebells, tri-planar kettlebells, S&C level 1 and core stability. I use a variety of techniques and exercise programmes to cater for the different needs and goals of the individuals I work with; I also offer advice and support on nutrition and diet plans.

As well as personal training I also run TRX and kettlebell classes, which are very popular and continuing to grow on a rapid scale. I am also running a new class for mums and babies, called Buggy Blast, aimed at helping mums with little free time to train with their babies in tow (see my class list for more info).
