Here is another great recipe for a healthy breakfast...


For 2 people:-

  • 5 x free range eggs
  • 1 x cup spinach
  • Half cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1 x fresh chilli
  • 1 x wholemeal bread to toast

Coconut oil to cook. Throw it all in frying pan, cook and enjoy! This will set you up nicely for the day.
